Michelle has worked individually with many neurodivergent adolescents and young adults. A common theme she has observed among her clients is their desire to connect with other neurodivergent peers; to learn from, to share stories with, to develop a deeper sense of self.
This has led Michelle to facilitate a safe space for young people to connect with other neurodivergent peers.

You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, if you wish to access Medicare rebates for sessions under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative, you will require a referral from your GP. This is known as a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), and entitles you to 10 Medicare subsidised sessions per calender year.
Alternatively, if you have Private Health Insurance you may be entitled to a rebate through your provider.
Michelle also sees clients with NDIS funding who are self-managed.
Please send an email to info@concentricself.com and provide your contact details along with your primary reason for seeking services (e.g. therapy or assessment).

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2024-2025 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $311. In an effort to make Michelle's services more accessible, her standard 50-minute session fee is $270.
Fees may vary depending on the service being provided and a client's personal circumstances. More detail can be provided upon enquiry.
Payment is required in full on the day of the service. Credit card details are requested as part of client paperwork, and are stored securely with Stripe. Payment will be processed after the session, and a receipt emailed to you. If you are attending with a MHCP, your Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or not attended will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the standard session fee.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your session, so if you cannot attend, please login to your online portal on that day and cancel/reschedule to avoid any fees.
This policy is in place to maximise accessibility of sessions for all clients. By providing sufficient notice of cancellations, the session can promptly be offered to another client on Michelle's waitlist.
Once your client information form has been completed, you will receive an invite to access a secure online booking portal. Here you can view Michelle's availability, and book, reschedule or cancel appointments.
If you are seeing Michelle for IFS, and wish to book sessions at a regular interval, please let Michelle know so that she can organise this with you.
